faulty nozzlewaterfall shower
The shower was a HUGE disappointment! The handheld shower nozzle did NOT work. I HAD to get my hair soaked by the waterfall shower head if I wanted to shower. It's frustrating when basic amenities are faulty.

The location was good and near a canal so it was okay to walk there
I did not find tea or coffee inside my room and that was quite annoying I could only order from the bar and I had to pay extra for them. The bathroom looked old and worn like one sees in a hospital. It made my stay less pleasant

i appreciated the fine apartment and fabulous facilities offered here. the location was great and close to many attractions, i must say. beds were super comfortable, such a treat after a long day. everything we needed was available.
i found the lack of soundproofing in my room problematic. the noise from the restaurant above disrupted my sleep sometimes. i could hear chairs moving and people walking at night.

the communal areas feature art pieces and stylish furniture. this space creates a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere . the communal dinner is quite nice, and the cocktails are made with great care, i was really impressed.
